Though Hayward suspects Alex, the youthful war-widow daughter-in-law of Colonel Summerfield (himself a widower) he soon discovers that the mystery woman is the young and impressionable Sandy Summerfield, whom he must see to it is brought to the witness stand. He\'s on the go from L.A., to Paris, to Monte-Carlo, to Berlin, where he was a youth until he escaped from the Nazis in 1936. We see him on shoots, interviewing models, and discussing his work. It\'s not art and it\'s not good taste, he tells students. We meet June, his Australian-born wife, whom he married in 1948. Three actresses talk about working with Newton and how posing is different from acting. A heart attack in 1973 helps Newton re-focus, resulting in more personal photographic projects.$

Sky Murder (1942)

While she is flying in the private plane of Cortland Grand, a rich friend of Nick Carter\'s, she knocks Hendon unconscious in self defense, but leaves him alive in a rear compartment of the plane. When the steward discovers the body, he finds Herndon stabbed in the throat by a nail file. Before the trip is over, the co-pilot is also stabbed to death. Luckily for Pat, one of the passengers on Grand\'s plane is famed New York detective Nick Carter. Although he is off-duty, the resourceful sleuth along with Beeswax, his bizarre sidekick, and beautiful Southern Chris Cross, a female gumshoe, breaks up a secret cell of Nazi saboteurs and FIfth Columnists.$

$Watch Haunted Honeymoon Myflixer-Lord Peter Wimsey is an amateur detective. He is to be married to Harriet Vane, who writes crime novels, at a big Society wedding. Harriet has little charms made so that they both promise not to get involved with any more crimes as they are \'retired\'. As a wedding present, Peter purchases the old Jacobean home, where Harriet grew up, called Tall-boys. After the marriage, they go to their new house to get the keys from the previous owner named Noakes. Noakes, who now has money, has no intention of paying wages or any debts that he owes. Upon arriving at the house, Lord and Lady Wimsey find no one at home and finally borrow a key to get in. They have supper and retire for their honeymoon. The next day, people are brought in to clean the house, the chimneys and the grounds and they find the body of Noakes in the cellar. Lord and Lady Wimsey try to stay out of this murder as they promised, but that may not be so easy after all.$
